SAFETY IS OUR MOST IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION!
Players are required to wear non-metal spikes or tennis shoes.
Juniors must successfully complete rules and etiquette clinic and pass rules test to compete in weekly events.
No jeans or cut-offs are allowed. Shirts must have collars and be tucked in.
Check-in for events is hour before the event is scheduled to be played. The Tournament Coordinator has the right to penalize players who arrive late. Also, the Coordinator and course employees cannot be responsible for juniors after the event. Please be sure to make appropriate arrangements.
USGA rules apply. Any player who just shows up for an event without notifying the coordinator by the Friday deadline, will be allowed to play but will not be eligible for trophies, and scores will not count toward any special events and awards. No shows, no cards, or WDs may not compete in next weeks event and there can be no refund of their entry fee.
Any conduct unbecoming a junior golfer is subject to one warning by an official then immediate disqualification at any time thereafter. Such conduct includes abusive language, club throwing, profanity, showing disrespect to volunteers/officials/fellow competitors, littering or leaving trash on the course and any abuse of the golf course or its facilities.
Players must exchange scorecards and sign them after play. Scores should be written so they are legible.
Juniors may NOT get advice. A two-shot penalty will be given to the player involved.
Most events do not allow spectator carts. Spectators must walk at a distance of at least 100-ft. from junior golfers to avoid a players disqualification. Spectators are encouraged to look for lost balls.
Each player must play without undue delay. Keep up with the group in front of you. Slow play will be penalized.
There will be no rain dates. Lightning cancels activities.
Juniors must be 6 byJune 2 and must not have reached their 19th birthday by June 9, 2008.
